All purchases from us as well as the prices and discounts shown on this web site are subject to payment in accordance with our terms of trade.
Payment methods Purchases may be paid for by using a debit or credit card through SagePay, our online payment facility. All prices are in pounds sterling (£), and are payable in pounds sterling (£), plus any applicable taxes.
Delivery If an item is in stock goods will be dispatched by UK standard post only. Allow up to 10 days for delivery. If there is likely to be a delay on delivery of more than 10 days we will let you know.
Faster or guaranteed deliveries are available for an extra charge - please specify on the notes section when placing your order if you wish to pay an additional charge for urgent delivery.

Collection You are welcome at any time to collect your goods from our premises - again please advise on the notes column on your order and we will hold the goods for collection giving you a credit for carriage once you collect.
Cooling Off period We offer a cooling off period of 14 days during which you have the right to cancel and return the goods for any reason whatever. You must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted to, left at, faxed or emailed to our business address and you must ensure this is done no later than 14 working days after receipt of goods. Goods returned outside this 14 day period will be credited or exchanged entirely at our discretion and we will not be responsible for return carriage charges

Refusal of transaction We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of so refusing or by reason of unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Billing Card Transactions made on this website may be processed through our parent company's banking facilities and may show on your statement as a purchase from Look Designs Ltd or from Winning Look Bowls. If this is the case we can assure you that this is purely an administrative issue and your purchase and contract are unaffected.
VAT All purchases in the UK are subject to VAT at the UK rate of 20%. Overseas Purchasers This site is primarily aimed at UK customers. Carriage prices for dispatch to addresses outside the UK are available on request. If you have made a purchase through the shopping cart we will contact you to advise the additional overseas charge before we dispatch the goods.
